Meniere's Disease (Endolymphatic Hydrops)

Treatment of Meniere's disease attempts to reduce the pressure in the internal ear by regulating the endolymph circulation, so that the vestibular functions could be carried out within normal parameters. In advanced stages, the physician acts at cerebral level by specific acupuncture procedures for a correct reading of the information about balance and for the elimination of the triggering causes: healing of the lesions caused by inflammations or local infections, cranial traumas or/and restoration of blood irrigation.

Meniere's disease is a vestibular disorder affecting the internal ear and generating spontaneous and episodic attacks characterized by violent vertigo, tinnitus, loss of hearing, pressure in the internal ear and loss of balance. The episodes may last from 20 minutes to 24 hours. The patient needs rest or sleep for his full recovery. Ménière's disease does not have a manifestation pattern. The attacks may occur once a week, every several months or years. There have also been cases where the attacks cease completely or where they grow so powerful that the patient needs complete rest. In advanced stages, some patients complain of resisting symptoms between attacks, such as loss of balance or continuous pressure in the internal ear.

The disease is triggered by a disorder in the mechanisms of balance coordination, caused by an over accumulation of endolymph in the internal ear. The lymph production disorder may be generated by infections and local inflammatory processes, syphilis, exposure to draught, deep cold, cranial traumatisms or cervical spondylosis triggering blood circulation disorders in the vestibular area, very great stress or traumatic events, mind overstrain and sudden changes of pressure.

Stem Cells Tissues And ORganic Regeneration In traditional Medicine

The latest discoveries of stem therapy confirm the possibility of harvesting stem cells for the regeneration of the sick organs directly from adipose tissue. This procedure is an usual practice in traditional clinical practice; it also proves that the human body is endowed with it's own healing mechanisms. Tibetan traditional medicine explains these self-healing mechanisms by a system of energy meridians. The activity these is coordinated by the primordial energy located in the brain.
